You will need to use a net tie component on the Schematic and PCB. Typically a two pin/pad component is created where one pin/pad is assigned to one net and the other pin/pad to the other net.

The component in Schematic and PCB will simply be set to a Net Tie or Net Tie (In BOM) component type. A net tie component is capable of shorting two or more nets together.

When running the design rule check [DRC] in PCB, a 'Verify Shorting Copper' option is needed to allow the intentional shorting of two or more nets. This checks that the copper in the net tie component is shorting adequately.

By enabling this option, the DRC report will detail if there are any breaks in the shorting copper of a net tie component. A check is also made across all board layers.
